Latitude Festival celebrates its 5th Anniversary this summer returning to the Sunrise Coast in Suffolk between 15th to 18th July. The festival showcases an eclectic range of music, film, comedy, theatre, cabaret, dance, poetry, literature and art, spread across eleven stages, theatres, a salon and great party location centred in the middle of the woods. Latitude festival's campsite will open at 2 PM on Thursday, 15 July 2010. It will close at noon on Monday, 19 July. They are hoping that they will bear to stay open until 5 PM on Monday but they are waiting to see whether the council has given permission for this.

Although children can go to this festival, there are some areas that are over 18 only. For instance in the cabaret area that will contain some nudity, and will be swearing in the comedy area. Other stages may also be unsuitable but they are not able to classify all of this.

Latitude is a non-seating event, although some seating will be available in the obelisk area and our picnic benches in the arena and some deckchairs by the lake.

Are many different arenas where you can see music, theatre, cabaret, comedy, films and music, as well as poetry and literature. This is quite an eclectic mix of music and literature makes for a very interesting festival. Set around a lake, with arenas in tents as well as in woodland it makes for a very pretty and relaxing weekend.
